Ticket Confirmation

Your tickets will be emailed to you.

Please ensure that you have your ticket(s) printed or saved on your device for admission to the concert.

Keep these details open on your device to show our ushers upon arrival.

Please note, mobile reception inside the hall is limited. Guest Wi-Fi is available; however, we recommend downloading and saving your tickets before arriving at the venue.

Finding your seat


Doors are located on your ticket information. 

Our friendly ushers will be on hand to advise you which door is closest to your seat.

Doors 1 & 2 (Lower Ground)

Doors 1 and 2 are located on the Lower Ground level, providing access to seats in Rows J to ZZ.

These doors are reached via two flights of stairs or level access via the lift.
Row ZZ has level access. All other rows are accessed via steps.

Door 3 (Level –2)

Door 3 is located on Level –2, providing access to seats in Rows A to H.
This door is reached via three flights of stairs or level access via the lift.
Row A has level access. All other rows are accessed via steps.

For the comfort and convenience of all patrons, latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

Parking


Parking is limited, so we recommend arriving early or using taxis or public transport.

Several car parks are available on the Canberra Grammar School campus, each with accessible spaces and within a few minutes’ walk of the venue.

The Snow Concert Hall is best accessed via Gate 1 on Monaro Crescent.

Guests with mobility concerns have two options for arriving at the Snow. Refer to the Location Map.

Enter via Gate 0. This gate is used for Accessibility drop-offs only. You may drop down your passenger at the red star which shows a short red walking route to the Hall. You will then need to re-park your car.

Enter via Gate 1. Accessibility parking is located near the green star. The best accessibility route from this parking spot to the Snow is marked in green.

Snow Concert Hall is equipped with facilities to accommodate patrons with accessibility needs. Our team is always happy to assist – please don’t hesitate to contact us before your visit.

Accessible & Wheelchair Seating

Accessible seats within the hall can be reached without navigating stairs.

Seats in Row A and Row ZZ marked as Wheelchair Seating can be fully removed beforehand to accommodate a wheelchair.

Please notify us at hello@snowconcerthall.com if you have reserved a wheelchair seat and would like the seat removed.

Arrival and Drop-Off

For guests with limited mobility, a designated drop-off area is available near the main entrance (Entrance 0).

Please refer to the Location Map for access details.

Lift Access

A lift located on the Ground Level provides level access to all seating doors. Ushers are available to assist.

  • For Row ZZ, use the lift to the Lower Ground Level (Doors 1 & 2).

  • For Row A, ushers can escort patrons via the lift to Level –2 (Door 3).

Walking Frames

Walking frames cannot remain in aisles during performances. Ushers will store your frame safely and return it to you at interval and at the end of the concert.

Bathrooms

Accessible bathrooms are located adjacent to Doors 1 and 2, at the rear of the hall.

Companion Cards

Companion Cards are accepted and require a valid ticket. Please book your paid ticket(s) and then email hello@snowconcerthall.com with your booking details and Companion Card number to receive your complimentary companion ticket.

Bar & café service


The café and bar are open before the concert and during interval, located on the top level of Snow Concert Hall.

Refreshments for interval can be pre-ordered at the upstairs bar before the concert and will be available for collection at the bottom-level table during interval.

We recommend pre-ordering refreshments to avoid queues.

House rules

Children  All minors require a ticketed seat. Please ensure children remain supervised and calm throughout the performance to preserve the serene concert atmosphere.

Intermission There will be a brief intermission during the concert, providing time to stretch, visit restrooms, or collect refreshments.

Pre-ordered Refreshments Pre-ordering interval refreshments before the concert will help you avoid queues..

During your visit

Photography and Recording Please refrain from flash photography, audio, or video recording during the concert to ensure a distraction-free environment for both performers and guests.

Mobile Devices Please switch mobile devices to silent mode before entering the concert hall.

Noise and Disturbances To maintain respect for performers and fellow guests, please minimise unnecessary noise. Ushers can provide water or throat lozenges if needed.
